If I could give negative stars I would. We negotiated a Cash deal with their manager Robert. Keep in mind it’s cash so we are not financing with them. They didn't move from their advertised online price and offered low on my trade. I came up to his number in the end, only for him to tell me after we had already come to an agreement that since I am not buying all their back-end product at inflated prices or financing with them the GM decided it didn't make enough money, so they backed out. Mind you I had come up to his price. I had already done loan with our personal bank. No one should take their business to this dealership. Proof that their only goal is to squeeze as much money out of every customer they have. Reply-I had sent pictures, a video, and all applicable information on my trade. Despite two other dealers offering me a higher amount I accepted both your low offer on my trade and the advertised price of your vehicle. We had agreed to final amounts of the deal. I can send screenshots where after the fact your sales manager said if I’m not buying any warranty or back end product they would go back on their word and back out of the deal

If you have a service contract for your vehicle, this is the last dealership you should ever go to for a service. Carey does nothing but complain about how they aren't allowed to overcharge you the way they do the rest of their customers...as if he's doin you some kind of favor for honoring your contract. Then they'll show you on the bill that they rotated your tires when they didn't and still got paid to. NEVER COMING BACK. If you really regretted it, you would have addressed my chief complaint (Carey's constant complaints about how I'm getting a deal on something I already paid for) instead of blaming me for the escalation that ensued. Lousy customer service and poor communication facilitated that interaction. Nothing else. Your response is more proof of this. Thank you for showing me how right I was about you lot. no skin off my tail anyways. I'll just take my business back down to Platinum, where they know how to communicate professionally w their customers. Good luck. You're gonna need it with your attitudes.

I had an amazing experience buying a car here. I was super overwhelmed but everything was explained well and I actually understood everything that was going on. I cannot give enough praise to the employees here, I felt very welcomed and not rushed to make a decision. So all I can really say is thank you 6th Ave Honda you guys are absolutely amazing and you are doing wonderful things!!!

This place is a garbage. I was in contact with Crystal P about a certain car and I confirmed that I was coming to test drive and buy it. And she sold it to another person on the same day, didn't even try to reach to reach to me that it is being sold to another person and we didn't need to go there. We wasted 1 hour drive each way to find that out. The manager is even worse, when talking to him he stated, "it's used car lot and we have so many people ask about the same car, we don't reach out". So no communication really matters. I have bought 6 cars from Honda, other places of course and never had such rude, unprofessional employees. They don't care about relationships or service. What a stain on Honda!!
