I met A1 Exterior Cleaning when they did extensive cleaning at a strata property where I own a rental and decided to hire them to clean our duplex gutters. As in previous experiences, A1 was punctual, professional and thorough. Chad is an awesome communicator who responds in a timely manner and his prices are indeed fair for the quality of work given. This local company also does moss removal and pressure washing and I know who I’ll be calling for future work. Thank-you to Chad and your awesome crew! 🫸🫷

We recently had our gutters cleaned and our driveway and brick sidewalk power washed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team arrived on time and worked very hard and did a fantastic job. The gutters are flowing perfectly and the driveway/ brick sidewalk look fresh and bright again.
