We are very impressed with Alex at A5 plumbing . His knowledge, work ethic, skills, professionalism and efficiency have made him indispensible as a resource for us, his customer, and the community he serves. Alex came into my parents' house to correct VERY poorly flushing toilets. They were serviced by another plumber in Barrie who replaced a host of parts and the problem did not improve. In a short period of time, Alex trouble-shot the issue, which was incidentally an easy fix and made a WORLD of difference to the functionality-- and at a reasonable cost. The second time we called him there was a massive leak in the basement, a day before my father was set to leave the home for 3 weeks. Alex kindly made time that afternoon and evening after a full day of work to trouble shoot and fix the problem. He returned the next morning to finish the job and make sure everything was in good working order. Alex has very good interpersonal skills, takes the time to explain the issue to his clients, uses technology to be certain of his problem-solving when needed, and checks his work to confirm problem is solved. He does excellent work and comes highly recommended. Thank you Alex!
