Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und schafft von Anfang an eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Alle Behandlungen werden professionell und mit großer Sorgfalt durchgeführt – man merkt sofort, dass hier echte Profis am Werk sind. Maba SchrecklichIch kann mich leider den guten Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Vielleicht bekommt man hier keine so gute Behandlung, wenn man ein Angebot wahrnimmt. Terminvereinbarung war unkompliziert. Im Wartebereich gibt es nur einen Platz, das heißt, man muss ggf halb in Laden stehen und warten. Das im Angebot enthaltene Vor- und Nachgespräch gab es nicht, auch wurde das Getränk nicht angeboten. Die Kosmetikerin war vorsichtig, aber schaute weder nach dem Hautbild, noch fragte oder sagte irgendwas dazu was sie gerade tut oder tun wird. Wenn man die Augen öffnet, wenn man gerade ein heißes Handtuch aufs Gesicht bekommt, ist das ungünstig. Produkte werden anscheinend nur eine Sorte unabhängig von der Haut oder den Bedürfnissen ohne Absprache einfach aufgetragen. Bei der zweiten Hälfte der Behandlung saß eine Nagelkundin nur durch einen Sichtschutz getrennt direkt neben meinem Kopf und erzählte lautstark aus ihrem Privatleben. Ich war schon bei vielen Behandlungen, der Entspannungseffekt war hier nicht wirklich da.
