This is the first time I have ever used a storage company and it has been a great experience. Mikaela and Edsel were the main people I dealt with and they are the reason for me writing this review...Both of them have been so professional and just great people overall. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. On top of the great service the units and general areas are always so clean and well maintained. If I could give them more stars I would.

Very helpful & friendly associates. Well run and very clean. Helpful advice on storage tips. Liked the ease of use and accessible hours. Ed has been very helpful and greets me and remembers me by name each time I go there.

Rodent infestation, found mouse droppings in the hallway. Found two dead mouse and contents was damaged with mouse urine. Same complaint from the opposite storage unit. Manager informed me that mice only live in the container that has food but I did not have any. This is the worst storage facility I have experienced in twenty years. Waiting for days to hear back from regional manager. Will post more photos of inside storage and hallway. Still waiting 3 weeks for management to call me back.
