Dr. Ali Jradi has been treating me after experiencing a bad fall. It has been my first chiropractic examination and I was a sceptical. Dr. Jradi has such a patient disposition, he throughly explains the steps of every treatment and best of all I have had only great results since. The entire staff along with Dr. Jaradi are all very professional and helpful. Thank you to all of you.

5 stars ++ experience with this clinic. I was able to get a same day appointment with Kevin for physio and he VERY quickly helped me feel better and get my neck in order. He seems to care a lot about his work and accommodating my schedule. Would highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Ali Jradi as he is a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable chiropractor However: I had the worst experience with Dr. Ali Latof. He is a fresh graduate who caused me issues in my nick. I went to him accidently through a good offer (3 sessions + 3 leaser treatments for $99). While he canceled two appointments without any issues, he made a big deal and gave me lecture when I cancelled one appointment. Even, he refused to give me the last 2 laser sessions or refund me. In addition, it’s clear that they have some issues with the administration as they booked an appointment for me where I didn’t call for that appointment. My big concern that nobody called me to apologize about this unprofessional action from Latof. It’s clear that Active Rehab is supporting his action without calling the customer to get more information.

The admin staff and receptionist do not know how to do their job. My appointments were double booked twice and rescheduled. I was informed 3 times that the receptionist Marlie would take care of different issues for me (including getting my X-Rays from my doctor, downloading a simple file and saving it to disk, and booking appointments). To find out 2 weeks later she did not come through, she cannot do what she said she could or she lost my files. The doctor seemed very nice and knowledgable but I cannot work with a company's support staff that don't know to do simple tasks. Work on your client based dealings and you may have a decent business.
