This was my first visit to both the facilities and the Doctor I was seeing. I was more than pleasantly surprised on all counts! Facilities were beautiful and clean. The personnel were courteous, caring, and displayed a most sincere attitude towards my health issues! Doctor Sheikh greeted me warmly and displayed genuine concern when addressing my problems. He took time to ask questions and eliminated any doubts I had. I have great confidence in his care! All in all, a most positive visit.

Dr Perry is amazing! So is the anesthesiologist he was very friendly and calmed my anxiety a lot! I had an amazing nurse I think her name was Angie, she was amazing and such a comforting presence in my surgery! Bobby and the guy who was helping her prep me were also very sweet and very thorough. Everyone who I encountered was very friendly and cared for me exceptionally…except nurse Tami. She wasn’t very friendly and kind of made me uncomfortable, her stare looked like it was spiteful and it just didn’t sit right with me.

I have nothing but praise and happiness visiting Advent Ottawa whether for a doctor's appointment or being admitted to the hospitals emergency room or having surgery done. Everyone that works at the hospital are amazing employees, they have always treated me with respect and courtesy. This is what helped me to decide to transfer all of my medical needs from Olathe to Ottawa. I had numerous specialists that got transferred to Ottawa plus my primary care. I have been extremely happy with that choice. Everyone at Advent Ottawa has made the transfer so much better than I thought it would be. Plus the lack of wear and tear on my car and especially paying for so much less gasoline.

The care I received at Advent was exceptional. Came into the ER and tests were run quickly, moved to a room and was met with a room full of Healthcare professionals that got me comfortable and well taken care of. My care was exceptional the entire time was there.
