Fantastic customer service! Thank you Edmund M. for telling me about a new cd that has great rates and allows me to contribute additional funds through June. Additionally he gave me a scratch off for the cd that bumps the rate even higher! Whoa.The branch is clean, has ample seating, and is optimally located (close to a major train station and business center -New Brunswick). The only challenge is parking garage because they are doing construction on the street next to the branch.

This morning I went into the New Brunswick branch to get information about opening a business checking account. I have been doing research for weeks at other bank locations and Affinity was the next suggestion on my list. I was welcomed very warmly immediately by Allyson Colon. I have never been apart of a credit union or knew much about them. Her amazing knowledge and years of experience calmed my nerves almost immediately. She made my experience so easy and comfortable that I knew right away Affinity was the way to go! She took her time to work with me and made sure everything she was saying and explaining I understood. She walked me through the entire process of setting up the account, downloading the app, and even setting everything up on the app. She made sure before I left I felt comfortable and all my needs were met. Today i opened my very first business account (a huge milestone in my business journey I might add) and I am so glad Allyson was there to share the experience with me! I will definitely be coming back to her to open more accounts in the very near future!!

Today I visited the New Brunswick Branch and met with Allyson Colon. This was my first time walking into a credit Union. Allyson informed me on all the great benefits of being an Affinity member, because of her knowledge and great personality I opened a checking account, savings account and a secured card. Allyson took her time with me, I am pretty sure I spent the whole day with her. I am coming back with my daughter to open an account with her next. Great Customer Service!
