Update: Scott continues to impress with his professionalism. During the recent rain, we spotted a portion of the gutter that seemed to be overflowing. We reached out to Scott and he came out to our property within the next 2 days, identified the issue immediately, and fixed the issue. Wasn't a overflow, just a sight adjustment needed to a panel. Another assurance that we're in good hands. We need more business owners like Scott in the world. Scott is an absolute professional; honest, fair, and to the point. There is a saying " Good Business is hard to find." That is true in today's economy. It's difficult to know who to trust with your money for professional service and commitment to detailed work. When it comes to your gutters and roofing, this is the business to call. Scott Kemp was professional, detailed and genuine in his customer service. His personality shows how confident and work driven he is. While working, he hurt his back and had to go home for the day. Even though he was in pain, he wanted to come back the next day. I had to request that he wait another day before continuing our gutters. His team is great and genuinely kind as well. His estimate is the best I could find with performing gutter guards on my home. He even sealed up several gutters that were leaking and power washed my patio. He is outstanding and definitely goes above and beyond. He refuses to take any money until the project is complete and offers to come repair anything if something goes wrong.
