My hair was very damaged and had developed a green tinge from chlorinated water, and she immediately understood what was wrong. She explained everything clearly and recommended the best treatment to help restore strength and health to my hair. You can really tell that they care about their clients and want the best results. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I made a reservation in advance for a specific service, clearly explained what I wanted, and even confirmed it when I arrived. Despite that, they didn’t do the service I booked. No explanation, no apology—just completely ignored what I asked for. To make things worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They acted like I was the problem for simply asking for what I had scheduled. I felt disrespected and unwelcome the entire time. If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. This place is unorganized, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t care about their clients. Never again.
