DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are incompetent, neglectful, and put on big smiles until they get your money and signature on the contract then refuse to do anything properly. We had rats in our walls due to their incompetence, we eventually had to go get the council to intervene and even then they took over a month, having to be warned twice by environmental health. They then sent us a bill for their lack of care to the property which caused the rats to get in, to which they retracted when they were very easily proven wrong, without any apology or admission of being wrong. We also asked for years for them to sort a plethora of issues, and their uncaring, lazy, penny pincing approaches were a joke and just infuriating. They simply do not care and just want your money for the bare minimum of service. I'm sure they'll try to dispute this in the replies. Don't listen. They are uncaring robbing charlatans. Again DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Edit: they responded and once again are lying, which really does not surprise me. I have all documentation and emails that prove them wrong and what liars they are, and am happy to share them with anyone via email if requested. I will also attach the upcoming collection costs they sent, showing how detailed it was to the rat issue with our property, and how it was said to be a rubbish issue, which is untrue. And also upload an email sent to them to challenge them on this illegal wrongful charge. So how it was sent to the wrong address is a blantant lie and truly laughable. They said it got in through next door property, but it clearly got in through the broken extractor fan in the kitchen which they did not fix, and I have emails going back to may 2022 and onwards from a tenant asking them to fix it, which they did not. In the bill they blamed a build up of rubbish, I attached photos of the back space and time and date taken showing no rubbish, and we did not even own a black bin. We shared big communal bins with the whole street. If they're lying about that, they're clearly lying about everything else to try to save face. It was actually my father who contacted environmental health, not propertypeople, as my father actually works for environmental health, just in another region outside of Belfast, so he put us in touch and had the belfast environmental health team out the day after the christmas holidays. To paraphrase how they so cheekily and arrogantly put, why let the truth get in the way of THEIR "good" story. I repeat, AVOID RENTING FROM THESE LYING CHARLATANS.

Having trouble getting a room in Belfast for my upcoming masters I decided to call into Property people. Within a few days I had a room sorted.
