They were 5 minutes early, so very prompt and were polite and very helpful. When we returned to inspect the carpets, we noticed that the coffee stain we specifically wanted removed was still there. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I tried removing a spot myself using just water and a terry cloth. It came off easily within a minute of rubbing, so we requested a follow-up visit. The company, which acts as a marketplace that connects clients with service providers, declined our request that the job wasnāt done to a reasonable standard. They claimed the stain was located in the hallway, and our booking only covered the bedrooms. We pointed out that the stain was clearly within the bedroom boundary, but they insisted their service provider had completed the job as agreed. Despite our efforts to clarify, they refused to reconsider, relying on technicalities rather than addressing the issue. Based on this experience, I recommend using a dedicated carpet cleaning company that focuses solely on carpet cleaning and takes pride in delivering quality results. ******** UPDATED REVIEW ********* Changed from 1-star to 4-star! After my initial review, Alexander from the customer service team called me directly. He reviewed my case and acknowledged that the stain was located in the bedroom and should have been cleaned properly the first time. He arranged for a different technician to visit the next day and remove the stains from the carpet. Alexander also followed up after the visit to ensure the work met expectations. The stain removal was ultimately what I wanted, with this revisit that was organized could have avoided the back-and-forth emails and a low initial review. I've upgraded my rating from 1 stars to 4 due to Alexander's excellent customer service!
