I recently encountered an unpleasant situation in restroom. The guy that came to clean the plants left the facilities in poor condition and, worse yet, broke the bidet without informing anyone. This lack of care and consideration is unacceptable. When I raised the issue, the employee refused to take responsibility, claiming that the bidet had been broken beforehand. However, it's clear that he must have used it and caused the damage. Worse still, when I requested a fix for the bidet, the company suggested I should pay for it! This dismissive and unhelpful attitude is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to reconsider their approach to customer service and property maintenance. I urge the management to address this issue immediately, either by fixing the bidet or providing a viable alternative.

I highly recommend this company, I booked them for my indoor plants repotting and they did a great job 👏🏾. The communication was very efficient,they were on time and did the job very well. The staff made sure that the area they worked was left as clean as he found it without been prompted to do so. Great company and will definitely use them again.
