I recently visited ACE after breaking a bolt during a torque procedure and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a proper replacement. A friend recommended I try ACE, and I’m truly glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Jacob, the store manager, who greeted me at the entrance with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I explained the issue, and he immediately called over one of their technical specialists, Mahamod, to assist me. Mahamod was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me find the exact bolt I needed. Not only did he locate a match, but he also guided me through the correct way to install it to avoid damage in the future. His expertise and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks to Jacob and Mahamod, my issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Their customer service, technical know how, and friendly attitude make this ACE branch stand out. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hardware or technical assistance.

Had some last minute and important hardware needs for a an art exhibition. I had to look at multiple options from electrical items to screws. This store had all the items I was looking for (around 10 different things in total) Carlos was the team member who assisted me with everything and he was brilliant!! Super helpful and patient because I had to go through many considerations! Everything was ticked off my list thanks to Carlos, I couldn’t have done it without him!

Ace were very very good at the store, and even with immediate return and refund. The staff at this store were excellent, and helped us find items online and in the store, when we had difficulty finding elsewhere. Return and refund policy was tested the first day when they brought a gas stove to the apartment, and we realized the place already had one. The delivery and distributer people said it was fine, and they turned around and took it back. Ace called me a day later and then informed me when the confirmation of return happened, and refunded the full amount to my card. Brilliant. They overcame our biggest fear of after sale service. If they are unable to get an item, they will gladly recommend alternative ways to procure. How rare is that for stores to do? Their store had such a great variety of hardware, appliances, home goods all in one place, with many varieties. We have been back several times.

Convenient place to have in the area. Decent inventory. Checkout takes forever. Parking is tight and messy.
