I want to share my disappointment experience with Pardeep goyal, extremely unprofessional, I discontinue my auto insurance policy with connex because of his bad and poor customer service. firstly, when I ask him my new quote, he never give me exact amount, every time he gave me rough idea and too lazy to look in the system and give me exact price. Secondly, I called him 10 times that I don't want to renew my auto insurance policy he never replied and I also sent him email but I never heard anything from him. He made to went to the office personally and tell the manager to cancel my policy. I believe my message will be reached to the owner, so that they can take necessary steps.
