I had been suffering from upper back pain and lower pelvic for over 6 months, I had tried massage therapy, physio and chiropractic care and it just wasn't enough for me. I decided to try Osteopathy and saw Esther at the Orleans and Sandy Hill location. Esther was amazing, with only 2 appointments, she was able to relief the pain. It's been over a month now and the pain has not come back. She is very nice and amazing at her job, I would recommend and will definitely go back to her in the future when needed. Merci

Oh how I wish I had found Amanda (Viktoria) years ago! Out of all the therapists I have seen over many years, Viktoria is the best ever - a real gem! She listened attentively to my needs (bad shoulder, arm, thumb, neck, thighs) and immediately got to work. She found all the stiff, knotted, painful places, and expertly (miraculously) released and massaged them away. She also gave me feedback: how the problems came about, that they weren’t isolated but connected. All very interesting and helpful information. The whole experience was enhanced by her sunny disposition, and that she wasn’t working just for the money but because she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to help them - to the extent that not only did she not end our session after 50 minutes instead of 60 (hiding the clock under a pillowslip!) but she gave me 15 minutes extra! Matthew Toth is the absolute BEST RMT here!!!! I've tried many RMTs in the city in different locations, and Matt is just the most amazing RMT. Super professional, skilled and addresses all concerns whether it's posture, injury, or stress. Highly recommend him!
