Liz LOn February 14, 2025, I had a conversation with Manuel from customer service, who was exceptionally helpful and addressed my concerns effectively. Despite this positive interaction, my overall experience with the company rates at a 2 out of 5. The quality of service from technicians can vary significantly. While some perform their tasks thoroughly and professionally, others do not exercise enough caution. For example, during a recent service in December, the technician applied the solution improperly, spraying it on the bottom wall instead of focusing on the baseboards and or floor. I could be wrong about where they are supposed to spray it on but there are other technicians who did not apply it on my wall.

What impressed me most was how customer-oriented he was - he took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions about the pest control process and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Michael’s expertise really showed through his work. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what he does.
Camiah MingoranceI don't usually warn people away from companies, but I actually feel obligated to say this for any friends who live in Georgia. If you are looking for pest control, please do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost Ecoshield Pest Control. We have never had such a negative experience with any company. They never got the ants under control after six weeks of service. We were prepared to wait it out and give them time, but on top of the lack of efficacy their "customer service" was completely unhelpful and even rude in the end. We have tried multiple times to work with them and instead of communication or service, they were unresponsive and then belligerent when we asked for assistance. It was astonishingly bad. If zero stars was an option, I'd go with ZERO.
