Yolanda with Alliance went above and beyond for us!! We would SERIOUSLY recommend her to anyone!!!!! She made the process go so smoothly!!! Sending us checklists to complete for week or month to get our house on the market. And because her services were so good she helped us sell our Townhome in about 3 weeks or less. I truly do not know how people think they can go through the process without a realtor! There are so many things you do not know and have to look into and Yolanda had answers for it and knew how to get it all done.
