receptionist very welckming and talks through the payment process.. as for the dentist,dr farah..he is very professional...gives treatment without any pain(had an extraction and root canal). was very satisfied with the service. i loved how they offer reassurance based on the level of fear of dentist/pain. it's been a day since my root canal and i feel no pain at all..just mild discomfort.. although i think the pain varies from person to person..but personally,i really appreciate dr farah's experience in dentistry.

All I have to say is " WOW ".. Staff in the front are super wonderful.. I went for the first time to this dentist , Dr Farah made me feel so comfortable..He is Awesome..He explained everything i needed to know.. Very Professional... He has become my dentist for always now. . Thanks to everyone!!!

This dental clinic provides excellent service! Over the past year, I had multiple treatments at this clinic but unfortunately lost all my receipts. When I needed them for tax filing, more than a year had already passed. The front desk staff went above and beyond, spending a great deal of time retrieving my records from their system, printing them out, and carefully marking each one. Their service was incredibly thorough and thoughtful—truly commendable! Highly recommended!

Very poor service. Not possible to have a decent communication. Appointment was cancelled due to internal chaos. No complaint/feedback mechanism. Refused to take a complaint and disconnected mid phone conversation.
