I had gutter guards installed to help keep leaves out of my gutters, since trees around my house always drop a lot of debris. Roman, the sales manager, and Cory, who did the installation, came out and took off my old gutter screens, then put the new guards on. They even went the extra mile and cleaned out the gutters above my patio roof, even though I wasn’t getting guards put on that section. I really appreciated this since it’s hard for me to get up on a ladder these days. If I ever need my roof replaced, I’ll definitely call this roofing company—they do great work and take care of their customers.

Cory did an excellent job with our roofing project in Rancho Santa Fe. He quickly provided a clear estimate and was always responsive to my questions, making sure all my concerns were addressed. Cory gave us a start date and began work right on schedule. Each day, he kept me updated with emails about what was completed and what the next steps would be, especially if we didn’t see each other at the house. The new roof was finished several days earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. After the installation, some tree branches accidentally fell on the roof and caused minor cracks. I reached out to Cory by email, and he and his team came by the very next afternoon to repair everything. One time, after a heavy rain, I thought there was a leak over the garage. Cory came out that same night, inspected the area, and discovered it was actually a broken water pipe, not an issue with the roof. He even helped patch it temporarily until a plumber could fix it for good. Cory’s professionalism and dedication to his clients are truly outstanding. I wish all contractors cared as much as he does.
