Although the therapist was kind. 1 hour therapeutic massage felt like she was kneading dough. Spent more time on one side than the other just rubbing on the left mid back up and down fast. Like it was a race. Anyone can do that. Didn't feel relaxed or that any knots were worked on. She didn't focus on the areas I asked for. And the room was cold.
