I was taken in almost immediately, no wait time. The person cleaning my teeth was very nice and caring. Due to my own fault of not having been to a dentist in over 15 years, this deep cleaning was very painful but she applied a numbing agent to try and help reduce that pain. I can already feel the difference this cleaning made. Highly recommend this office where no judgement is made on people who have not taken care of their teeth.

This was like something out of a horror movie. I came in as a new patient. None of the staff had any idea how to onboard a new patient and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Paper forms were Frankensteined together with multiple fonts and a series of corporate entities and ULCs that would make a corporate lawyer confused. The office manager has zero bed side manner and behaved like I was inconveniencing her with my questions. Her awful personality was matched by her awful wardrobe. A dirty T-shirt doesn’t say “medical facility”, what does say “medical facility” is the outdated 90s decor. There are so many options for dentistry you think they would try a little harder. I firmly believe that this facility exists only to cater to Cambridge’s under-housed community.

All the staff are friendly and try their best to make sure you are comfortable. Always on time with appointments. My teeth are well taken care of, thanks Ainslie St Dental!
