SOAMS are up there with one of the worst Management companies in the UAE. Absolutely appalling service - as owners it has taken us nearly 18 months to get granted access to the community app. We went to the reception and there was no one in the office. Service providers always struggle to get access to the community, even with all of the relevant documentation - which means that we, as owners and tenants, receive complaints from the service providers. There is one person who gets 5 stars - and that is Anna - who offers a 5 star service. She has to be contacted on her personal mobile (I don't believe SOAMS provide her with a business one) and will help with anything as best as she can.
