She explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. The results have been fantastic, and I appreciate the attention to detail they provided. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’d highly recommend Prime Laser to anyone considering body hair removal – great value and top-notch service!

Tiffany HollinsStay Away. I had a very disappointing experience with Prime Laser. The customer service was unprofessional and disorganized. Seems as if the business is struggling and continously running specials just to lure more clients. During treatment the entire procedure the staff will try and persuade you to purchase some other services that they offer throughout your session. To make matters worse, I saw little to no results after several sessions- despite being told I'd notice a significant difference. This leads me to believe that they lower the frequency just to have you sign up for more sessions. I believe this is a practiced routine with the staff and management. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Good location but wolves in sheep clothing. I highly recommend finding a different location.
Julia WilliamsI love Prime Laser Center in the Galleria. I had a bad experience at a different place prior to finding Prime Laser. My initial package a couple years ago was a better deal than the previous place, and everyone there was much kinder and warmer than the people I encountered at the other place. I had to take a couple year break due to pregnancy and then being super busy for awhile, but I received a warm welcome back recently and was able to continue with the rest of my package. I got another fully body package for after this one is completed soon, and I am very thankful for the deal they gave me. I saw Jamie for this last appointment, and she was so personable and did a great job. Everyone there was nice this time around too, and I would recommend that anyone in the Houston area go there for laser hair removal.
