I placed one order for the TikTok latge box Dec 27th & got it Jan 10th. Aside from the melon scents, I love it! The small containers aren't sample sized, they're for your lips! I added a pic of how much I use at a time. A huge jar would last YEARS! I chatted with customer support & we figured out the mixup in the 26 item boxes vs the 15-20 item boxes. The 26 item box is their regular large box from their website & costs $200. The TikTok large box contains 15-20 items, not 26. 15 items for $29 is already under $2/item - don't be greedy. They made a mistake, we all do. I recently placed another order for 3 boxes & my post office left them in the truck for 3 days, so the scrub melted lol. Still smells fabulous & works. Everything was sealed, and I am now obsessed with the Fruit Loops scent!! I let my coworker smell it & he ordered a mystery box for his wife. My kid stole one of my fruit loops foaming stuff & a fruit loops body butter. I need a fruit loops box lol. I probably look weird sniffing my hands at work. The pic with the black scrub is my first box, the other 3 sets are my second order. If a package is delayed at the Ybor office, blame that office - it's the worst! I've been on their lives & people don't "simply ask". They attack them, are rude as heck, and spam so much, even I feel compelled to ask them to stop.

I placed an order on Dec 31st & received it today (Feb 11th) the waiting was alot, yes. However, they went viral so they had an excessive amount of orders. The products are exactly as described. They all smell wonderful & although the shipping took longer than expected; the products are definitely worth it! Especially for the price. I believe things just got overwhelming for them because of TikTok, but they usually ship orders promptly. I have purchased from this company before & will continue to support. Vegan, cruelty free & you get so many awesome products! Every item was fresh, sealed & beautifully packed in tissue paper, bubble wrap & packing peanuts. I love it! Aside from the shipping issue; I think they’re great! I’m extremely happy with my bundle & all my past orders also. Thank you Amminah :)

I ordered December 24th and my package still says it’s sitting in Tampa as of January 28th, very disappointed. Edit: On the 4th of Feb I received my package, I received 15 items in total 5 sugar scrubs, 4 butters, 2 lotions, a body mist, 2 lip butters, & 1 serum. A majority of my items were sealed properly with good smells. There’s 4 products I’m having some issues with. Mermaid Kisses Body Polish- Unsealed and melted. This was not a shipping issue because all of my other products were not melted. 24K Gold Glow Lotion- Smells exactly like a citronella candle, super pretty color and I’m heavily disappointed that I can’t use it due to the smell. Unicorn Dreams Body Mist- Has a very weird sugar/chemical smell to it, was leaking all over the package upon arrival. Macaroon Lip Butter- has a similar sugar/chemical smell to the body mist. Overall, I’m grateful that I received at least 11 good products for $29. But it’s definitely not an investment that I think I would make again. This was my first order from TikTok and the anticipation followed up with seeing all the bad reviews is wild 🫠

My mystery box that was supposed to include 26 items was an absolutely atrocious disgusting box of expired and used items!!! So first we Amminah did some false advertising and then they did a baut and switch which is quite literally illegal. As of now they have finally after a week and a half of begging them to fix the items, said they would replace the expired and used stuff but still sticking with the 15 to 20 items even though i purchased before they switched to that!! contacted customer service MANY times and they refuse to help. They ignore any type of contact you send to them! And even the items I recieved are disgusting, expired and not safe to use on the skin. 4 items even have the label they used back in 2022 (AMNH)!!! We will see what they send this time and I will keep everyone updated! It seems to me like they are refusing to send what they originally advertised when I bought it though. And who knows if the new ones they send will even be usable.
