Horrible service. They don't respond to calls, make it hard to rent an office space even for large and well-established US-based organizations. The kid who was in charge of our account was so hard to get on the phone -much less getting to see him in person- that it felt like they were doing us a favor. We were ready to sign the lease and put down a full year of rents but still took almost a year to get the contract signed and they insisted on having an "aval" with free-and-clear property in Mexico City, we ended up having to buy a property and pay for it in cash so they could rent us office space in Reforma. Unfortunately they have the best buildings and locations, but their professionalism is null.

Pésimos, nunca contestan (aun que andes tras de ellos todos los días). Tiene propiedades publicadas qué ya hace meses se rentaron. Qué mal que los propietarios les confíen sus propiedades sin saber que nunca darán seguimiento a los clientes.
