Outstanding experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I brought my 4-year-old son, Jonathan, in for a checkup and cleaning and the ladies were amazing with him. He's a bit of a "monkey" and they managed to keep him still and entertained for the whole exam. Probably the best trip he has ever had to the dentist!! Definitely coming back. Wonderful group of people. I had an accident and knocked out 2 of my front teeth. They were able to see me the same day I called and I wasn’t even a patient there yet! They have worked with me to find the best options for my treatment and are working with my insurance for coverage. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of good quality dental care.

Visited on May 12 for my regular teeth cleaning. Fantastic service. Receptionists are warm and friendly. I love this beautiful dental hygienist lady (sorry I forgot her name). She's doing my cleaning regularly. Super nice, very kind, gentle hands, very professional, exceeded her job performance. Always asked me if I had questions and made me feel comfortable. Disappointed after years of loyalty – time to move on. I’ve been a long-term patient here for close to 10 years, but sadly, this recent experience has made me decide to look for a new dental office. The clinic has become overbooked and too busy, and unfortunately, it feels like they’ve lost the personal care they once had for their patients. My anxiety and concerns were brushed off, despite multiple attempts to express them before and during my appointment. I came in for a filling that had been flagged on an X-ray a year ago but was only being addressed now. Since I hadn’t experienced any pain and take good care of my teeth, I was simply hoping for some reassurance or clarity before proceeding. I called ahead to ask for this, and the receptionist kindly said she would leave a note for the doctor. On the day of my appointment, a new dental assistant greeted me. I explained my nervousness and my hope that the doctor would look at this year’s and last year’s X-rays before starting. When the doctor came in, he clearly seemed rushed and dismissed my concerns. His response: “Can I give you the freezing now? We’re already 10 minutes behind.” There was no attempt to ease my nerves or even acknowledge them. I didn’t want to seem like I was challenging his judgment, so I went along with it—silently, anxiously. What followed was even more disappointing. Mid-procedure, with my mouth open and numbed, the doctor left the room three separate times to tend to other patients or answer questions—without a single word of explanation or apology. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and told myself he was busy. But this isn’t acceptable care. Even for a routine filling, patients deserve attention, professionalism, and basic communication. After coming home and reflecting, I realized I shouldn’t have to convince myself that this kind of treatment is okay. It’s not. And I no longer feel comfortable putting my trust in this clinic. The receptionists and most dental assistants here have always been kind and professional. But the overall experience has declined. A positive experience starts with the receptionist and should carry through to the appointment and beyond. If you’re a new patient looking for a place where you’ll feel heard, reassured, and properly cared for, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled dentists out there—ones who will take the time to make you feel like a person, not just another appointment.
