I had a great experience with Angels Heating & Cooling Ltd. I needed to replace my hot water tank, so I reached out to three companies online and sent them photos to request quotes. The quote price from Angels Heating & Cooling was in the middle range. After doing some research, I found many positive reviews from customers, and I was impressed with their strong warranty. Additionally, their quote was clear with no hidden charges, unlike one of the other companies, which listed disclaimers like "Quote does not include new drain pan, shut-off valves, flex hose, etc., if needed for installation. These would be quoted onsite by the installer." This raised concerns about potential hidden costs, so I decided to go with Angels. Technicians Abbas and Aslan completed the installation, and Fred also stopped by to inspect the work, per my request (I had read great reviews about Fred and specifically asked for him). All three were very polite and professional. Although there were a few issues after the installation, I contacted their administrator and received a prompt response. Abbas quickly returned to resolve the problems. I feel fortunate to have found this company. I will definitely return to them for any future heating and cooling needs. Nancy

We had a challenging AC unit install! After doing our due diligence on units, installation costs and the like we chose Angel's. A few years earlier they installed our Trane furnace so we knew the company and felt confident with out choice and Angel's came through for us. The installer made did a great job on the install. He was very considerate of the space and completely cleaned up upon completion. After the electrical was completed Angel's rep Fred came by and checked out the AC unit to insure everything was working as it should. Thank you Fred and Angel's for the 5 star performance. We appreciate it!
