5060ti 16GB AMP version shows on their website for 1799Dhs (SKU ZT-B50620E-10M). Screenshot shows this is AMP version I place the order, paid the amount in full. I get a call an hour later saying there was some glitch and the item is not available and offering me the exact same GPU (AMP) for about 500Dhs more. Check the website again and the exact same SKU is now sold for 2245 Dhs (coincidentally 446Dhs more). I understand pricing changes, I would have even accepted them saying that they made an error on their website, here is a 100Dh voucher or something along those lines but to lie to me saying it's out of stock and then bumping up the price of the same SKU is just ... wow. They were more than happy to cancel and refund my order. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise, not sure if they are a serious outfit.

Approximately six to seven years ago, a pre-built PC was purchased from Anigma Computers, with the transaction meeting expectations at the time. However, recent interactions with the company have raised significant concerns regarding both service quality and professionalism. A detailed inquiry was made seeking guidance on system upgrades, including specific concerns about performance, current specifications, and budget. In response, a vague suggestion was offered to replace key components—motherboard, CPU, RAM, and GPU—without providing sufficient detail or specific recommendations. Despite the request for further clarification, the response was to visit the workshop in person, despite the availability of listed components on the website that could have been discussed remotely. This approach reflects a lack of efficiency and customer consideration. Requesting in-person visits for what could have been handled remotely is an unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, the delays in response and the absence of clear communication add to the frustration of the process, creating an experience far below expectations. While Anigma Computers may continue to offer quality products, their customer service and support in this case have been notably deficient. The failure to provide a thorough, timely, and transparent consultation undermines confidence in their ability to meet customer needs effectively. For those considering system upgrades, caution is advised. The service currently provided by Anigma Computers does not align with the standards expected from a reputable company. -- Edited to respond to the owner’s reply: It is appreciated that Anigma Computers has evolved over the years, introducing new departments and sales channels. However, the lack of clarity in communication remains a concern. If different departments handle inquiries in different ways—one operating remotely and another requiring in-person visits—this distinction should have been made clear from the beginning. The WhatsApp conversation never specified which "department" was being dealt with, nor was an alternative remote consultation offered. Instead, after providing detailed specifications and upgrade concerns, the response was vague and led directly to an in-person visit with no technical insight beforehand. Given that their website lists available components, it remains unclear why a preliminary assessment and recommendations could not be provided remotely. If the "website department" indeed offers remote support, that option should have been presented upfront. A more transparent and structured approach to customer interactions would significantly improve the experience.
