Jared SmithThe good: Everyone was very nice. Apex had an appointment to get the animal out of my chimney the next day. They had good communication. The bad: The animal is a likely nocturnal, so when they arrived in the day, there was no animal. They did not set a trap or make any attempt to help keep the animal from coming back or offer a solution to having an animal in my chimney. However, they did charge me $189 for coming out. The problem is, I still have an animal coming and going out of my chimney: The Chimney Doctor won’t touch the chimney if they find an animal there. “Fingers crossed the animal doesn’t come back” shouldn’t be a professional solution, particularly for $189.
