I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. The staff at the front desk are kind and welcoming. I rarely have to wait for my scheduled appointment and the hygienists are lovely. I have been seeing Shannon for quite some time and my son sees Maria who is wonderful with kids. I barely feel a thing when Shannon is cleaning my teeth and Maria has my son laughing throughout his appointment. The dentists are all knowledgable and honest. I highly recommend Appleby Dental!
Went to get bonding done by Joanne. She is incredible and remarkable at her job. She is truly an artist and now I have a smile that looks better than veneers and are better for my smile! Her attention to detail and kindness during the process made me feel completely at ease. Would highly recommend seeing her! You will absolutely be thrilled with the results!
The experience of becoming a new patient and the care they took in making me feel comfortable and as beyond my expectations. Tara was an amazing and eased my anxiety. She helped with the transition and dealing with the trauma of The dental hygienist and dentist were great and vey patient with my anxiety during the appointment. I had a poor experience here. I came in for replacement fillings, and during the first one, someone came into the room asking the dentist to speed things up. I was then moved to another room mid-procedure while one molar was already open, which felt unprofessional and risky. The assistant even confirmed that the second room had been available from the beginning, so this was clearly a scheduling issue, not a delay on my part. The administrator reassured me there would be “no problems,” but that kind of overconfidence is concerning, especially when hygiene and patient safety are involved. What frustrated me the most is that they charged 100% of the bill, saying it would all be covered by my insurance, as if that justified the poor service. Just because my insurance covers the full cost does not mean the quality of care should be overlooked.
