Nahomi TrejoI’m honestly upset with the service. Today was the second time taking my two dogs to April’s. My appointment was at 8:30, but I had received a call early in the morning from an associate reminding me of my apt. She told me I could drop off my dogs early if I’d like too. So I dropped them off at 8:09am. At 11:17am I called to get an update on my dogs and they said that they had not gotten to them. At 2:04pm I called again since it had been 6 hrs since I dropped off my dogs. She had said that they had not gotten to them and that I had to wait my turn. I reminded the associate that my dogs had been there since 8am. Finally I received a call from them at 3pm stating my dogs were ready. They had my dogs for 7hrs for a simple wash, haircut and nail clippings. One of them was groomed properly, but the female not so much. You can tell from the pictures I have uploaded.

Princeton sometimes comes in looking homeless (lol), and always comes out looking like a new dog..Whenever I go the staff is polite, and they make sure to communicate with me as far as my baby goes. I will say that her business has picked up, as they were busier this last time than I’ve grown accustomed to, but for the service and work my dog receives, I won’t complain. Definitely will continue to use April’s!
