I had a pistachio tree that was beginning to split, and they responded quickly. They came out and expertly braced the tree with bolts and cables. They also took the time to trim it, ensuring it was properly weighted and balanced. John and James were fantastic to work with—professional and efficient.

We had a large post oak in the back yard that was dead and our home. I started looking for a tree removal company that practices ISA standards in tree care and removal. Also, I was looking for expert equipment operators to take down the tree without damaging the nearby electric and internet lines as well as avoiding any drops onto our home. I worked with John and after showing him the photos and videos of the site, he replied that he could have a crew out there within the hour to take down the tree and do the stump grinding, too. A crew of 5 came out and completed all the work plus taking down an additional tree in the front yard and a hazardous branch. They were done with the entire job in 1.5 hours. Very respectful and accommodating. Romero is an excellent crew chief and is a certified arborist.
