I have seen dentists before but I’ve never seen anyone with more knowledge and experience then Dr Wall. I’m well known as a coward with any dental work, but he helps ease my anxiety a lot. I wish I could go more often like normal l, but my personal life is complicated. Either way I’m going to make a better effort to go more. Thanks Dr Wall!

In all of my years ,.. I had yet to witness or have truly experience such a level of profession, reciprocity, teamwork, and mindfulness combined. 🙏 The approach , conduct , consideration , as well as the overall supportive feeling is fluid throughout. It became clear to me after just 2 visits, that patient care is the main priority here. I am truly pleased , have found peace of mind, and feel proud to say that I am a patient of Dr. Wall and his team. I sincerely appreciate everything that has been created and maintained at Wortley Road Dental , they have made an accepting, compassionate, informative environment beautifully paired with a high level of profession, efficiency, and orderliness. I’m shocked by how I was treated at this office. My appointment had been booked incorrectly, which can happen, but instead of helping me sort it out, the office administrator was rude and condescending. When I was told I’d need to reschedule, the administrator even used a mocking tone. I have referred my entire family — nine people — to this practice, and I’m horrified by the lack of respect and professionalism I experienced. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and understanding, not belittled.

Had my first appointment there today. The staff is so incredibly informative, kind and caring!! Dr Wall, Carlene, Courtini, and Larissa helped so much with the anxiety I had around the appointment with my surprise tag a long when my sitter fell through and with understanding my insurance.
