I used to love this place. They did a great job with cleanings, and the staff was always nice and happy to be there. However, recently, my wisdom teeth have started coming in, so I called to make an appointment for them to take a look and advise me on the next steps. They asked if I also wanted to do a cleaning, and I said yes. I went there, they took an X-ray, and did my cleaning. Then a doctor walked in and told me I needed braces. I asked him to look at my wisdom teeth, and they told me I should make an appointment with the specialist who comes in once a month. The appointment was on a day I usually work, and I don’t work much, so canceling was a hassle, but I did it because it was for the specialist. I came in today, and the same doctor attended me again. He told me I still needed braces and asked if I wanted to have the procedure done awake or asleep. The consultation, which was with the same doctor who had already seen me and given his input, lasted about 15 minutes and cost around $100. Honestly, it was horrible service. It felt like they just wanted my money. I will not be returning for cleanings or consultations, and I do not recommend you go there.
