We love Superstore, we really do. Especially our local one in Lower Sackville. For some reason, we just have an awful time with this location. We often find low (or no) stock in items we need, their produce has been poor quality on a few occasions, and overall the store is untidy and sometimes cluttered. While the staff are nice enough, I think we'll stick to our home location.

I went to the deli and wanted to buy a 3 pack of pepperettes and the young lady behind the counter says no we don’t sell them like that so I asked her to call her store manager which she did and they advised her how to do it. She counts them and puts a price on them and hands them to me. No sorry about that or sorry about the wait. Customer service has gone so downhill. Won’t go to the bedford deli again terrible customer service

It's a great place for regular weekly shopping for groceries. I have been doing shopping here since I moved to Halifax. There products are new and fresh, I do buy fish here, they have great sales, but their price are high overall, I hope they consider the price match and market competition with other stores. Or at least if they put more items on sale weekly in order to attract more customers. For the customer service, it's a good place especially when you see they are approaching you with smiles once you need them. The self cash is always available here which I like it and if you even need a cashier, they will help you in a friendly manner. Over priced items. They are constantly selling expired items that they leave on the shelf. Will not do price adjustments even though the items are clearly stickered with orange sale tags. Be sure to check your dates and food before getting a mouth full of mold.....
