Facialist should definitely start wearing gloves. Especially when extracting from skin and when cleansing!! That is very unhygienic.( I also did not see her washing her hands when going in and out of the room) At the end of the appointment she applied a jelly mask for 15 mins and did not remove it properly.. there was left over mask all over and I had to remove it once I got home. Would not recommend this place for facials.

Great experience. Would recommend visiting. You can do both threading and waxing on your face to make sure all hair has been removed or for precision. I gave 4 stars because when I looked at my eyebrows in the car it was not that "clean/precise" for $12. I would probably use their other services but can get eyebrows done cheaper elsewhere.

Today was my second visit to Ava beauty lounge. Back at the beginning of July I went for a bikini and upper leg wax and today was eyebrows, chin and upper lip. The service is efficient and well done. I will definitely be making more frequent trips here and it is super close to home and very reasonably priced.

Got my lashes done here two weeks ago really amazing!! I still have 80% on. I forgot to get her name but she was amazing. Ive been to places they take like 1.5-2 hours for a full set she was done in 45 minutes! Great service thankyou!
