I have been a guest at Microtel Inn several times and every time gets better. Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate guests checking in. If you stay one time and decide to go back they remember you by name. Easy check in and check out. If you forget a toiletry check with the front desk, they have basic needs like toothpaste and toothbrush, hair combs and more. The rooms are well maintained and quiet, you can barely hear the traffic on the busy highway outside. They have a gym, outside fireplace and a small grill to cook a steak or whatever you like to grill, a lobby that has a small office like area for guests to use the computers or table space, a tv area with a comfy couch where you can watch your choice of shows, and a breakfast nook open for a few hours during the morning. Microtel Inn & Suited by Wyndham is like a home away from home. Thank you to everyone who makes the stay wonderful.

Front desk was super friendly and awesome. The hotel itself was COMPLETELY undersupplied. We had booked a 2 queen room 2 months prior and when we arrived they said they only had a king bed left. Shouldn’t we get what we originally booked? Especially since there was 4 of us? Whatever, there’s a pull out couch. So when we go to set up the couch bed, we call for pillows and sheets. They’re out of pillows and sheets. No blankets. Kinda crazy since we booked it 2 months ago yet had to scrape by. We used stuff from the king bed for the couch. The front desk staff was amazing and sweet but I feel super bad that they had to deal with such a underprepared hotel. 1/10.

The Microtel Hotel is a welcoming medium size hotel that is a pleasant home away from home. The Staff is helpful and they respond to request. The entire Microtel s hospitality is exceptional and from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. there is a Continental Breakfast that will satisfy a variety of appetites. The area that the Microtel Hotel is located in an area that is accessible to a variety of shopping centers and activities.

The staff here were courteous and accommodating. My wife and I traveled with our 1 year old son. They made sure a pack n play was waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Breakfast was wonderful.housekeeping was fantastic. 10 out of 10! We will definitely stay here again. This is our second reservation here.
