Billy Bell Plumbing was amazing. Billy and Kaleb came out to address our issue and were at our house within an hour of calling — which was incredibly impressive. Our well line had frozen, and they quickly thawed it and fixed the cracked line in about an hour. While they were here, they also installed a bidet for us. Both were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Billy Bell Plumbing!

I would not recommend this plumbing company unless you don’t mind being way overcharged. The reason why they have so many good reviews is because they offer a “small” discount if you’ll leave a 5 star review. So there is no way to know if these good reviews are legit. They show up when they say they will and the technicians do good work, I will give them that. But they are scamming people with their fees. An hour and a half job should not cost $1295. Plus, we were not given an itemized receipt for the work and the technician couldn’t explain the cost breakdown. We had to call the owner to get a cost breakdown. They have a flat rate book that they go by but $200+ just to turn your water on and off is not good business practice. We found out after we did the work that had we decided not to have the work done we would have been charged a $200+ service fee, but that was never communicated ahead of time. They do good work but not impressed with their business practices.
