I've only gone for a wash and trim a few times. So far so good, I leave happy with a refreshing cut. However, they don't seem to know how to deal with curly hair and that's why I would never go for anything more than a wash and cut. They use the wrong tools for curly hair and it worries me sometimes, I do understand that they probably don't get too many curly haired girls coming in. I rate 4 stars since I'm happy with what I go for, which is a simple wash and cut. I'd never go for anything more.

They always find a hole in their schedule even if I never take an appointement. Customer service is over the top and the hair cut quality is there nothing negative to say about the place.
