Jack PowellTook filters out but did not replace them. I had another company out and they indicated tech did not clean outside unit. Poor communication on problem and potential solutions. Poor explanation of charges… pressure/leak test of system for $500, later cut in half. Poor justification for $7000 to fix problem. I would like a refund. You lost my business.
