My mother, myself and my daughters just had a small weekend girls trip. Our stay was greatly enjoyed. The staff upon both arrival and departure were extremely nice! Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and we felt the location was perfect. Also a great budget friendly hotel for our little getaway. We will definitely be visiting again!

Will NEVER stay again. The hotel is run down. Most of the lights in our room and elevator flickered the whole time. Pool closed. No breakfast even though they advertised it. Tv had to be fixed. Had to ask for more than 1 towel and 1 washcloth. Outside door to the pool room didn’t even lock. Anyone from street could walk in. Needs paint job and shower fixed. When I brought my concerns to the staff they were Extremely nice and friendly but like they said. They couldn’t do much about it. This hotel is very poorly ran. The outside had more cigarette butts than gravel. Poor management indeed. I don’t know how this hotel would pass any inspection. Only 1 good thing is how friendly the desk clerk both day and night are.

This was a ridiculous “hotel”… what the reviews don’t tell you is that you are right beside very low income housing. Literal old toilets outside the front doors. There is so an addiction center right beside it and it’s totally in the middle of nothing. Also the police station was right there so I guess there was some form of quick protection if needed. Lol. It’s honestly scary. ||||Very dated - I checked for bugs but couldn’t find any- that actually surprised me. The bed is one of those crazy bouncy ones. At this point I just had to laugh. Gross old showers and bathroom from when it was built. Not very nice sheets- think … like the pictures but yellowing. ||||Nice staff. Would never stay at a red roof again.

Room floors are like walking on wax. Had to change my own stained bedding. Addressed it with desk clerk. Requested a refund. Relocated to a different hotel. Promised a refund. In June, still no acknowledgement. Would not recommend if you like clean.
