STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…. Tony’s Subcontractors left our “new roof” in worse condition than our old roof. During the installation his installers destroyed our skylights and left our new tiles in horrible condition. There is foam, roof cement, and white streaks covering our entire roof. We brought this to Tony’s attention and he came back out to our property and said it was an unprofessional job and he would resolve it.. he sent out a pressure washing company and the first crew said it was not cleanable.. the second crew proceeded with cleaning the entire roof and was unable to get any of the foam, roof cement, or streaks off of the tiles. Tony then offered to paint our “new roof”… Tony said he ordered new skylights in January but will not give us an update on when they will be delivered or installed. Im now writing this review because Tony is no longer responding to us… Tony failed to have any supervision of his subcontractors work and is now not taking responsibility for their horrible installation. Do not get yourself into a mess with this awful company… I will update this review if Tony decides to resolve these issues like he said he would. But unfortunately he is not responding to anything.. Please take a look at the photos of our “new roof”

Their job was good and in timely manner, reasonable price also. The problem came with Tony advice that we did not need the isolation we previously had in the flat wooden portion of the roof without tiles which is our family room. As we followed his advice then we had to install a split, heat was overwhelming! Then our A/C has been working inefficiently, we have been paying more for electricity and calling for maintenance several times. Now we called him just to fix the problem, even paying him for the job that should have been done at the time, and HE DOES NOT answer anymore. I recommend do not follow his advises

BEWARE!!!! If I could leave negative 10 stars, I would. Completely dishonest, unresponsive, and not a credible businessman. I had this man install an entire new roof on my $5M home and it is a complete DISASTER. Three months after the job was finished, I now have a roof leak because of the poor work done by Tony and his team. He gave me a 10 year warranty and does not come out to fix anything. He does not answer calls or take responsibility for the all the damage caused.and only to 6 windows but the black roof Is permanently stained. With foam/ glue, concrete etc and looks awful and unacceptable. He sent his cleaning company out TWICE to try to take out all the stains he and his crew incurred thru their Unprofessional caring demolition of old roof and installation of the entire new roof. When the roof was installed, his crew damaged our skylights — despite Tony initially saying they were in excellent condition and didn’t need replacing. The new roof was left with visible waves, foam residue, roof cement streaks, and damaged fascia boards. It was in worse condition than before they started. Now, water is leaking into our master bathroom. The paint on the ceiling is bubbling, proving there’s active water intrusion. We’ve reached out multiple times, and Tony continues to ignore us. Our contract includes a 10-year warranty, which he is clearly not honoring. We are now pursuing legal action. Save yourself the headache — do not use this company. Do not trust anyone including Tony the owner. It has been a nightmare so now it’s in legal process. I have never run into A worse contractor. He should have his license REVOKED!!!!!!!!! BWEWARE !!!!!
