The guy did not refill the tank in this picture and my wife tried to refill it and water shot all over the bathroom. Can you have someone else come out to make sure there are no issues and refill the tank properly?

Today we had our water monitoring system installed by Tristan. He was phenomenal! He arrived on time, prepared with his tools and ready to do the job. Upon his arrival he explained what to expect and approximately how long the installation should take. Tristan was patient and took the time to answer any questions about the product and process. Upon completion of the installation, he took the time to be sure that the app was properly installed and the application was working as it should. Before his departure, he again made sure there were no questions or concerns. Before this, Beagles Services wasn’t a company I was familiar with. However, after today, I’m sold. If my needs warrant their service in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A job well done! 👍 Thank you!

Probably one the best service experiences I have ever had. The tech Justin was personable, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. I would definitely call them when it’s time to install my water filtration system or for any plumbing service to be honest. I had a smart water shut valve installed and he tested it, showed me how to use it, tested it again in front of me and explained how to fully use the system. The work was neat and he fully cleaned up after he was finished.
