I came from a city where practicing yoga was intimidating because everyone was so good and perfectly "yoga-fashioned." Then I came to Gentle Healing and I knew I could relax and practice to enhance my well-being. I'm a huge fan of Mo, but I've enjoyed classes with Andrea, Robyn and others. Had a massage today by Brenda. That women has healing hands. I have had several massages before and they are nothing compared to what she does. I felt so wonderful after.
