David did a great job aerating and overseeding. He was quick and professional. My only complaint would be with green drop itself. We ordered and paid for a service and it took 2 weeks for them to show up, and only then because we called and complained.

Little to no communication provided. I had to reach out numerous times to even get info on when someone would come. We paid for the beautiful premium package upfront and still had large patches with no growth over a month after the service was provided. We did reach out and they sent someone out to redo it, however we still aren’t happy and ended up cancelling the service.

The weed control tech: Nick was friendly and knowledgeable about the product he was using. He explained about areas of the yard he was going to spray and areas he could not. He sprayed all areas I asked about. He was very thorough about all the areas he did spray. He explained the areas he sprayed takes longer to dry then the spray on the regular lawn. The drying time is doubled especially when it came to pets coming on to the sprayed hard surface areas. Thanks very much, Nick.
