Absolutely disgraceful. Completely unprofessional, shockingly rude, and utterly lacking in basic human decency. Zero empathy, zero respect, just an appalling display of how not to treat people.

We chose this pharmacy for my mother-in-law and her husband when they moved to a retirement home in Kingston. We were immediately impressed by the way our calls went directly to a knowledgable human being (instead of through six layers of voicemail as at the bigger chains), and since then we can't say enough about how by how helpful they always are. We would heartily recommend this pharmacy!

Edit: prompt response has changed my mind regarding my one star review. Came to use the purolator/amazon smart hub shipping return. None of the staff knew how to do this and asked that I return on Tuesday (it’s Saturday today). Should make mention somewhere online or on their roadside signage indicating that it is very limited.
