I hired this technician to repair my garage door, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The technician used an incorrect-sized part for the repair. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when the cold weather set in, the door malfunctioned. I reached out to another technician for help, only to learn that the part he used was the wrong size and didn’t fit my garage properly. I immediately contacted the original technician to address the issue, but despite explaining the problem, he refused to refund the cost or take responsibility for the mistake. This lack of accountability and poor service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this technician to anyone and would advise others to double-check the parts used for repairs to avoid similar issues.

W have had Vitaly out to help us twice and both times he was an expert technician. Very polite, nice and sure knows his stuff. He didn't charge us for his time the last time Excellent service !!!

The tech that came to fix a cable that broke on my overhead garage door did not have a clue what he was doing. I kept hearing loud clunking noises from the overhead door so I finally had Leduc Overhead Door come out. Their tech showed me how Gulliver installed 8 foot cables verses 7 foot cables (as required) and showed how the wrong-length cables were twisting up in the rollers; he showed me the spring that I needed for the door as the one Gulliver installed was wrong and this mistake put a lot of pressure on the garage operator; and he also showed me how Gulliver used regulars bolts when spring bolts are required. Repairs were made, and at 1/3 the cost of Gulliver. I called Gulliver to report their mess here, and all I was told was that a supervisor would call me - which he never did. This Gulliver is a gong-show, ripping people off and having untrained workers fixing people's doors. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Share widely on social media to warn other unsuspecting customers.
