The hotel was ok. It was clean in the lobby. The elevator was scary as it makes a lot of noise and shifts while operating. The beds are kinda hard. But, for the fact that it's a more affordable hotel, it's exactly what you'd expect. So, its a good hotel.

The sink was cracked,but fully functional, there was a hand print on the wall and something by the handicap rail in the restroom. Other then that it seemed pretty clean and well kept, the staff was extremely nice. Free breakfast and wifi was a plus too. Location was great as well close to gas stations and local restaurants.

I read a lot of the reviews on this hotel and almost canceled. So, instead of canceling, I called the front desk and spoke with David. He put me at ease about the place, and I'm 💯 percent glad I gave this place a chance. If you have any bad things to say about the place, it's not the right hotel. This place is great! No funk, no mold. Great beds, great breakfast, and great atmosphere! I will stay another night if work is good in town today. Otherwise, I'll stay here every dang time I'm in Bowling Green!

Please read— to start this off, I DIDN’T EVEN STAY HERE nor make reservations here. I made reservations at Super 8 South, a completely different hotel owned by someone else. On my drive to Kentucky, A person from this hotel called me to “confirm my reservations” had my name, my brothers name, number, address and acted as if we both had rooms reserved here. He did not have the correct amount of rooms/beds I had reserved and the hotel phone number was not the same as who I called Friday 8/29 to change a room to a double bed, so I knew something was wrong. He told me someone else who was suppose to check in today 9/4 was not answering the phone so maybe we could have his room and that he would call me back. Calls me back saying there is now only one room available with double beds? How do I have two rooms reserved if that was the case? Apparently he also had access to two of my debit cards as he charged both of them totaling $300. The hotel then wouldn’t answer my phone calls as i found this out, but answered my SO’s call immediately after. I explained the situation and how I didn’t stay there at all, no idea why they would have either card number of mine and thankfully whoever I talked too did say he would be refunding the money so we will see.
