I purchased a Samsung phone from this store, believing it was brand new and sealed. However, when I went to Samsung to activate the warranty, I discovered that the phone had already been activated since December 2024. When I returned to the store to address the issue, they claimed they do not provide Samsung Care for their phones and refused to assist me. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine products and proper customer support.
